The Process
Hydroseeding and hydro mulching techniques offer an effective and efficient alternative to conventional seeding methods.
The site specific grass, wildflower or tree mixes are mixed and mechanically agitated within our specialist hydroseeding machines. Seed is mixed with one of a selection of our fibre mulches depending on your project needs. Specific fertilisers and bio stimulants can also be added.
The constant suspension of the seed through agitation ensures the most even seed dispersal.Once the material has been sufficiently mixed to a ‘slurry’ type consistency the mix is pumped through the required length of hose and applied evenly to the desired area.
The hydroseeding process is especially useful in areas which may be inaccessible to conventional machinery where ground conditions may be too rough or wet.
Establishing seed in areas with poor ground conditions and/or with low soil quality is also significantly more achievable with the hydroseeding method.

Enviroblend
Enviroblendmulch is used for basic, low specification installations such as lawns, amenity areas, wildflower and areas of minimal gradient.
Flexterra Flexible Growth Medium
Flexterra is deigned for use within an erosion control application. Flexterra creates a direct bond with the soil sealing it from climatic conditions such as rainfall. The Flexterra product can also be applied over Green Armour erosion control matting. Suitable applications are, areas of steep gradient, vegetating sandbag walls, banks, cliffs, rock faces, ditches and gullys.
